    “Perfect Stay!!!”

Our trip to South Africa was truly the best trip of our lives, and much of this is due to our wonderful stay at Lion Sands Narina Lodge. From the moment we were greeted upon our arrival by Eugene to our much too soon departure, it was absolutely wonderful. The game drives were spectacular! We saw all of the big five along with hippos, giraffes, zebras, monkeys and more. Our guide JP and tracker Andreas were fun and very skilled. Our room had an amazing view of the river where we saw wildlife every day, and we especially enjoyed watching a herd of elephants right outside our room one afternoon. Guests are treated like family with special surprises and planning made to fit our desires. We will be recommending Narina Lodge to all of our friends. I can’t imagine how the stay could have been more perfect.

    “The most amazing experience!”

We were a party of 4 staying in two rooms at this lodge. We were booked here after a fire destroyed River Lodge and boy we were not disappointed. The MORE company which owns the lodge reached out to us after the fire and immediately accommodated us here. Incredibly professional company. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the lodge/rooms are. Total luxury experience. The staff is INCREDIBLE. David was our server and he was just the best. Dumay was our ranger and George was our tracker and they were so incredible. We saw the big five within two drives. I cannot stress enough their attention to detail which resulted in us seeing the most incredible animals. We even were able to track/ride along side Vin Diesel the most famous leopard in the park! Can’t recommend this place enough, will definitely be the only place I stay when I go back. Thank you for any incredible experience!

    “Incredible stay!”

This is one of the best locations we have ever stayed at! The setting – over a river bed – is stunning. We saw elephants regularly come to drink at the river across the hotel. The rooms were so gorgeous; the service was incredible from housekeeping, front desk, the folks at the bar, the porters, and the food service staff. The chef made the yummiest Malva pudding just for us! The drives were breathtaking and our rangers Simon and Isaac were so eager to share their deep knowledge and love of the bush with us. They were patient and we could not only see the amazing animals but also observe in detail lions, for example, with a kill and see how the hyenas and vultures have to wait in the wings. There was nothing more than we could have imagined for the most magnificent bush experience!

    “Just Amazing”

Our family stayed at Narina for 4 amazing and wonderful days. The lodge is beautiful, all open air with a scenic view of the Sabi River and wildlife. The staff treated us not as guests, but like friends or family. We couldn’t have felt more welcome. The food was more than plentiful and delicious. The accommodations were beautiful as well–private and luxurious.

The things we say over the four days were beyond all of our expectations: hundreds of wondrous animals, closer than we would have imagined, amazing sunrises and sunsets, beautiful landscapes.

So far, the trip of our lifetimes. Our kids (15 and 13) both loved it and were on the verge of tears when it was time to leave.
