“Love this place and its people”

We spent four days at the Pitse Lodge with two families and had such a good time! Everyone went out of their way to accommodate each of our wishes, from taking us to other activities to providing vegetarian alternatives for me.
Hayden is a very knowledgeable guide and took us on amazing game drives.
The rooms were not only very spacious but also very very clean. We also enjoyed the food and the extremely beautiful setting.
Will certainly visit again!

“one-of-a-kind experience!”

Thank you, Zuid Afrika Vakantie for choosing Pitse Lodge for us to stay in during our holiday in South Africa. The place is absolutely stunning, the Welgevonden game reserve is magnificent and the staff is simply superb and on top of that, it is exclusively yours during your stay. We have been spoilt rotten and loved every minute of it. Thank you, Haydn and Christie, for your warm hospitality. Excellent safaris thanks to Hayden’s extensive knowledge and a keen eye. Delicious food thanks to Francis and an extraordinary level of service thanks to Pieter. Happy memories….

“Superb!”

We have been to many game lodges in SA, but this one is definitely the best we have seen.
Rooms are extremely spacious and very close to the wildlife, you can invite rhinos to your patio. The guests have exclusive use to the whole lodge, which makes you feel really at home, and spoiled by the wonderful staff. Christie and Haydn and the team really take care of everything, and in general, everything is there before you could ask. Food was great and the game drives by Haydn offer a lot of surprises, including a barbecue in the bush, This place is really special!
